“We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for walking to downtown. It was also close for tubing in the Comal. It was very relaxing and the place had everything and we didn't need anything. We also enjoyed the wildlife- the deer and squirrels.”

Good for the price. The owners were very responsive. The internet was down and they got it fixed promptly. We needed some extra toilet paper and garbage bags. They got them to us quickly. ”

“Great location for floating the river at texas tubes! You have to uber to the front of the float if you don't wanna drink and drive but the end of the float is an 8 minute walk and the shuttle bus drive will actually drop you off if you don't wanna walk. Zip lines for the kids, darts, and great outdoor space! ”

“Marjorie was an excellent host. She was very flexible with timing if there was not another renter back-to-back. Since she lives next door she was able to quickly resolve a minor maintenance issue before we arrived, and clearly communicated timelines with us while we were traveling.The property is beautiful, and just around the corner from Rockin R on the Guadalupe and downtown Gruene. New Braunfels proper is only ten minutes away.We enjoyed seeing the deer, ponies, and goats, and the house……
