“We rented the house for a family wedding in Gruene so we could all stay together. The view is so beautiful and the accommodation was perfect for a large family ”

“We had a family birthday party and stayed here with family coming from various parts of Texas. The house was clean and very accommodating. The girls loved the huge mirror in the hallway to get ready. The guys enjoyed the mancave garage conversion in the back. We were in town a lot and did not have time to use the fire pit or the hot tub. But, both were prepped and ready to go. It's a cool spot to rest between Gruene, shopping, New Braunsfels, etc. We'd definitely consider this property……

“I booked this property for my 40th birthday - the goal was to have a relaxing weekend with friends cooking, hanging by the pool, and playing games. This property was PERFECT for our stay. The home was clean and very well stocked. While many properties can hold a large group, the spacing of the home allowed privacy and the common areas had more than enough seating for our group of 13. Adding the heated pool option was perfect for the weather and instructions for the hot tub were easy to follow.……

“We truly enjoyed our stay on your property. It was very nice, cozy and clean. Our host was wonderful - responsive and helpful throughout our stay, always going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We sincerely appreciate Terry and Terry’s hospitality and would highly recommend this property.”

“We enjoyed our one-night stay. Roomy and comfortable for 2 people. Large bathroom with huge shower. The magnifying mirror in bathroom was a huge plus; I wish all vacation rentals included one! Others mentioned having issues, but we had plenty of hot water. Super convenient to the historic area in Gruene. ”

“Our son was marrying his long time girlfriend, a true celebration. My wife and i had number 3 son and only/ youngest daughter (#4) and their spouses. No 1 son and his wife and mom- in- law and no2 son and imminent wife joined us for pizza at the house. The deck was fabulous with gorgeous view with plenty of space. House was well appointed and tasteful decorations and furniture.Not a full 5 on description because while listing stated pet friendly there was a one dog limit (in the small print”……

“Mary was an incredible host! So welcoming and communicative. The property was perfect for relaxing with family and friends. We enjoyed walks to the river, coffee in the morning on the deck, and evenings playing games inside and on the deck. Comfortable beds, plenty of comfortable seating, and well stocked kitchen for cooking meals. We couldn’t ask for a better space or host. ”

“The property easily accommodated our group. However if you have a large group, there are only 3 bathrooms. This made showering and getting ready for our outings a bit stressful. The students loved the pool, river, and the billiards table. ”
