“Everything was great except for property manager. The location was great, the access to river was nice. The only thing was the manager yelling and badgering guests for parking permits. We were being told we were being loud, we had small childten with us. ? What do expect? Sorry will not be staying here again.”

“The place was clean and the beds are comfortable. Furniture has some wear which you want to make sure you disclose to property management or you get charged. From the pictures, we didn’t realize there was a steep slope to the river. Not friendly for seniors. And all bathrooms are tub/showers and two are soaker jacuzzi tubs so they were deep. Also, not friendly for seniors. Otherwise, it was a good rental with lots of room for everyone. And we enjoyed the Foosball table in the playroom. Great……

“Very quiet and the room was clean. They provided coffee and we also had a refrigerator in the room. Parking was so easy. Very walkable to Gruene, about 10 minutes. The only issue we had was the electrical plug in the bathroom did not work. I let them know at check out and got an immediate response. This was our second stay at this property and we will return again.”

“Stayed here in Gruene for our son's wedding. It perfectly suited our family needs. We had 2 master bedrooms, each with private bathroom suits. The loft slept 4 more. Bunks are adorable and cozy, but obviously a bit tight for adults.The ability to do laundry was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked. The unit was beautifully furnished with a true Texas feel. The only other feedback i woukd add is that it seems a bit silly to need to provide our own toilet paper and garbage bags... i brought my own……

“We had 3 generations staying at this gorgeous property. The bedrooms gave everyone their own space, but the house was open so we could also be together. The outside area’s had plenty of seating along with 2 grills and the heated pool kept everyone entertained during the down times. We will definitely be staying at this property again.”

“The house was clean and surprisingly, could fit our large family of 30. The backyard and the river was perfect for games and outdoor activities. From grandparents to 2 year olds, we had lots of fun at the house. The bedrooms are a little small, but dinning and living was large enough to fit all of us at a time. There were enough space for everything and the Kayaks were dropped off/picked up in the backyard which made life so much more easier.Overall this is a perfect place and would recommend it……

“The layout of the rooms was perfect for our group. The amenities were superior. Fun was had by all! The host left us a welcome with cookies and a celebration banner. We could not have imagined a better setting for our granddaughter’s graduation celebration. ”
