Breakfast could be improved anyway , especially if talking it is located in tokyo . Futhermore . The concierge service could be improved regarding recommendations of nearby restaurants . And the hotel has no its own escort service from / to airport . ”

“This was our last stay on a two week vacation to Japan and we used it as a treat after all the biking, walking, hiking we did on the front end. It was true pampering. It was the most westernized stay we had in Japan, but it still definitely spoke to the Japanese culture. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with an amazing view of wate rin front of us and skyline beyond- including the Tokyo Skytree. “Great location for Ginza shopping. The layout is unusual but we like it. The island in the room accommodates the wash basin, refrigeration and desk . I was able to do work on the high stool provided. The well lit room is also an exception for five star hotels. We also enjoyed the free beverage and snacks provided at the reception. ”
