“Love the experience of staying this hotel. Great service and very helpful staff. Will come back to stay again. ”

“Adjacent to Empire shopping mall, also 15 mins by car to Sunway Pyramid, excellent for shoppers. Room is big with a reading room, suggest to put a coffee table. Hotel guests are entitled to use Fitness First next to it with a cover swimming pool but open air, I'd like it very much.”

“Apart from the little inconvenience of the small cockroaches found …. The hotel staff was very nice in upgrading and relocating me to another room for my remaining nights there. ”

“花灑出水慢，沒有牙刷，拖鞋提供，要自備。之前已在網站訂好房，check in 時又說要補繳費，結果酒店內部聯繫了很久才解決，處理事情速度慢！”

“這次入住選了平台上的含晚餐的方案，網頁上有註明是BBQ晚餐。本以為是吃到飽的，後來發現不是。以為是一人一份，結果卻是一個四人房只有一份餐點。餐點是不錯，但是份量實在太少，以價格來說，還不如自己點客房服務划算。這裡的風景不錯，但是這裡的海邊大多是泥，所以有時會有一種泥濘的氣味，不是很好聞。雖然有陽台，但是水面不是清澈的藍，而是黃色的，讓人不太想坐在外面。無邊際泳池倒是非常漂亮。”
