“We had a great couple of days here. The community is well located to get to and from the beaches (Fenwick and Bethany) and yet away from the crowds and in a really scenic part of Selbyville. We loved our stay and enjoyed the pool (there are 2). The place itself felt like home from the start, owner is really responsive and friendly, and it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again. Felt like home away from home. ”

“Very convenient to beach and loved the complex. My 3 yo grandson loved the pool and playgrounds. The items left in shed to borrow were greatly appreciated. Biggest issue was keypad sensitivity and at times challenge to log in. Also noted fan in freezer very loud. Back porch was perfect for early morning bird watching. Thanks ”

“2nd time back there for the summertime. 24 & 25 was consentient and we enjoyed our time during early August. close to the beach front and restaurants. felt safe. staff was somewhat friendly but didn't go overboard with kindness though. more matter of fact if you get it. most likely will be back after we go to Aruba. 2026 go to Franco's and get the calzone and meatballs. yum ! then go Harrisson's for the crab cake and Lobster ! Ciao ! oh yeah....trim the damn trees and tall grasses in……
