“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Bella struttura, moderna. Pulita e spaziosa. Noi abbiamo soggiornato una notte in un bungalow e avevamo il posto auto coperto riservato all'interno della struttura. Il bungalow è molto accogliente e ben fornito. Manca solo il bidet nel bagno che per un italiano può sembrare strano ma essendo frequentato per lo più da stranieri probabilmente non ci fanno caso e nemmeno lo richiedono ovviamente. Ma non è un grosso problema. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Le piazzole dove ho visto posteggiati……

“Wir verbrachten ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Residence Parco del Garda. Die Anlage ist beeindruckend groß und sauber, was gleich für einen positiven ersten Eindruck sorgte. Die Aussicht von der Lobby und vom Restaurant ist traumhaft! Was ggf. schwierig werden könnte ist, wenn es besonders viel regnet und man auf den Rasen parken muss, da es dann sehr matschig werden kann.
