“The hotel was immaculately clean. Pool was lovely (though chilly!). Beds really comfortable and rooms had everything needed. All staff were friendly and approachable. Communal areas comfortable (and gave much needed space to sit together as a family group during a prolonged thunder storm). Everything about our stay was pleasant and comfortable. There is some noise from a nearby hotel that plays music until late which meant having to sleep with the balcony door shut. Otherwise, the location is……

“The BEST Breakfast I have ever had in the hotel!!!!!!!!!Variety of choices, no matter from foods to drinks. As we booked the cheapest room, we cant see any view from our room.It doesnt look what the photos mentioned, however, the room is tidy,clean and spacious. There is a beautiful lake view behind the resort, it just takes 5-10mins walk,highly recommended to visit the lake park!!”

“Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange.
