“This was a nice rental, close to town, but felt like you were just outside of town, clean, open, nice fenced back yard, which was great. The only thing that I would suggest is better gps directions. The gps states the location about 3 houses off, and when you do get to the house, it didn’t actually have the house number on it”

“My wife and I and her sister stayed for nine nights. The house was nicely furnished; the kitchen and dining area nicely centered; the bedrooms were very comfortable; and there were many nice places close by to visit or have a meal. Should we be in this area again, we would really like to stay here again. The hosts are very nice.”

“Very clean, roomy & close to everything, nice and clean bathrooms with nice showers. The only negative & we still would utilize this rental again is the king bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable, both of us were rolling to the middle, no support or firmness and springy. Not alot of sleep the first night. The 2nd night we split up one in each bed & we did better and a better nights sleep for us.”

“I wasn't sure what to expect from the pictures but was pleasantly surprised. It is a cute studio and done pretty well. The owners let me know all the important details and were open to communication (some are not!). They also asked what coffee I wanted for them to provide. I mentioned I drink tea and they were kind enough to make sure this was available to me. After many years of using VRBO I have never had anyone make this sort of gesture. “Our stay was perfect! Accommodations were just as pictures indicated. Great location and central to everything. Felt very safe. Super comfortable townhouse and beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was great about answering my questions about the area and things to do. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it if needing a place in Hobbs.”
