“Great location for what we needed to do in this area. A bit of trouble receiving check in info in a timely manner but all worked out in the end when I called and left a message with host after not receiving a response from two emails for same. The unit itself was well appointed but does not have a window. Bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of bath towels and complimentary water in the mini fridge,but no extra coffee cups anywhere. It takes a little time for the hot water in the shower……

“We booked this bungalow for our family to attend our granddaughter’s graduation from Clemson. The location was ideal—just a short drive to and from Clemson for the ceremony and other festivities—and great for walking to downtown Seneca to restaurants and shops. The owners were so kind and left us a wonderful bottle of wine to celebrate with! The bungalow had ample room for the 6 of us to sleep, eat, and watch TV comfortably. “This cottage was as described. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were there on a girls trip for an event at Clemson University. Location was ideal and easy to get to and from our event. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Wound definitely stay here again. ”

“Welcoming, charming, peaceful, cozy home with responsive hosts! There is enough space in this sweet home for everyone to find a quiet area if needed. The apartment downstairs is a bonus! My husband and I went there while our adult children and their fiancé’s, along with my brother from Las Vegas used the bedrooms, which were large and comfortable. everyone went home, wanting to purchase the mattress brand as the beds were so cozy and comfortable. Even my Tiger and her friends came to hang……

“We stayed at the Froghouse, to attend my youngest daughter's graduation at Clemson. This fit the bill, being close enough to be convenient, yet in a private setting. Also while there, have a pizza from Joe's delivered. It was delicious.”

“Beautifully appointed boutique property. Huge common area with table seating for 12, couches, arm chairs and a massive TV. Our room had two king sized beds with incredibly comfortable memory foam topped mattresses. Bathroom was also really big with a soaking tub. Owner was very responsive. Access via codes was seamless. 10 minutes from campus on a quaint Main Street with lots of dining options. Very reasonably priced given that the local hotels gouge you on Clemson event weekends.
