“We decided to try something different for our trip to Rochester and booked a BnB. It was a delightful stay in a beautiful Park Ave neighborhood. The BnB is within walking distance of the Park Ave restaurants and lots of fun. The staff was delightful, and helpful. The camaraderie with the staff and other visitors was fantastic! The only complaint was the bath/shower arrangement was awkward, getting in and out of the shower was a bit dicey. More safety rails would be helpful. In any case, ……

“The School 31 lofts are very cool, and we always enjoy staying there when we are in Rochester. Do be careful, room 200 is quite different from the other rooms. It doesn’t have a kitchen and is much smaller and less private. However it is very pretty and the wet room is amazing. Just know that if you get that room it may not be what you are used to.”

“I arrived at this hotel at around 10:30PM on August 18 to check in to my reservation for my one night stay with my husband. The receptionist told me that there were no available rooms. “Service was awesome- pillows were uncomfortable no matter how many you stacked up, breakfast was ok but free;) and the noise coming thru the closed windows was loud - windows need replaced. Also barn doors on bathrooms had no stop so you could see thru cracks of door and pinched hands in door. Otherwise ok place to stay.”
