“The dome and host, Joyce, exceeded ALL our expectations for an Airbnb. I will forever be disappointed by lodges and hotels after being spoiled by this property. After long days of hiking in Sequoia National Park, we returned to the dome and enjoyed all the the amenities that one might find in a posh hotel: comfortable seating, showers with great water pressure, tea and coffee, a private deck to watch the sunset against the hillside, and extraordinarily comfortable bed. “Lovely little cabin on the river. It is the most high-tech rustic cabin we have stayed in and has lots of spices etc in the kitchen, which is well equipped. Richard and Jeannie are awesome hosts and we had a lovely time. Note that it is on the road to Sequoia so there is some road noise, but we did not find it too bad even in August. ”

“Beautiful spot. We love being able to sit on the porch and watch the deer in the meadow across from the cabin when they show up. We also love being able to make our own meals. We've stayed at Wuksachi many times, and this is much better by far.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed the property and it was a short distance to Sequoia Park Entrance, I like the laundry room and the kitchen to make breakfast for me and my family. I know we were on vacation and we did take some time to watch a little TV, it was hard to see the screen during daylight. Overall we loved our stay. ”

“We really liked how close this was to Sequoia National Park. The house was perfect for 2 adults. It was very cute and clean. I REALLY enjoyed watching the wildlife on the property, you could always see some type of critter when looking out a window. We saw quail, turkey, rabbits, squirrels, and dear during our 2 night stay. The hosts were also very helpful and responsive!”
