“It was a fantastic experience staying at the lodge! Surrounded by wildlife animals every moment! Didn’t expect to hear lion’s roar while resting in the bed! They even provided carrots in room to let us feed the animals from the balcony! Dinning with lion was also exciting, the lions were very active and came close to the guests to interact! The staffs were super friendly they even surprised us with a birthday cake! The room was spacious and well maintained! Everyone was happy staying in the……

“浴室噴頭老舊，不但不能掛穩、尾部還漏水。房間裡的兩台冷氣其中之一，時好時壞，不冷又突然自動關機不動，住宿期間先後反應6次，雖即時來修理，但還是不耐2天又壞了。煩不勝煩。早餐的餐點偷工減料，服務人員約5人要服侍先後7、80+人用餐，刀叉還是要自己去拿，服務根本不到位很像是三星級的。”

“一到假日晚上蠻吵的！可以清楚聽見別的房間的吵鬧聲。入住最後一天晚上冷氣不知什麼原因一直自己關機，請服務人員來檢查沒發現任何問題，但是半夜還是一直關機，導致我們很熱睡不好！30幾度的氣溫沒冷氣真的會熱瘋！”

“We throughly enjoyed our stay at Arna. It is a breathtaking location with amazing luxurious amenities and accommodation. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. The glamping tents are extremely good quality and have no issues withstanding any weather conditions we had on our stay. We loved the sound of the waves crashing while we slept. This is by far the best option to stay at on the island! We would love to return! ”
