“房間裝修設備都不錯，可是水壺很髒，被子跟床單更髒，勉強睡了一晚，第二天要求更換，晚上7點回去還沒有換，追問負責人，本來說已經換了，後來又說床單拿去洗了，8點送回來給我們換，酒店很安靜，露台景色很好，可以有些事情沒有交代清楚，像出門坐Buggy的安排，什麼的都要WhatsApp練習職員才可以，就是如果什麼都列清楚了會更好。”
