It appeared newly built and was very well-equipped with the latest appliances, kitchenware, linens, etc. Although not particularly spacious, the interior was comfortable for two adults. “This so called villa was dirty , not well kept. No air conditioning. The property was dangerous to drive to. It was out of the way and near a heli port. The location noted on Expedia of Platis Yialos was not accurate. It was no where near it. The villa requested we wire transfer the funds to hold the property months before so there would be no recourse. We left and found rooms elsewhere. Terrible. Lost out deposit of 130o. Euros. The villa requested about 3000 euros for five days……

One bathroom (small) was a bit of a challenge and the smallest room has no window, closet, etc. Location is good with good, local restaurants within walking distance, but the hike up/down the hill is steep(ish) if you don't rent a car. Upon booking we were not aware that the villa isn't truly private. There was an upper unit with a porch……
