“Our room was spotless and stylishly decorated, with a balcony looking out over the beautiful bay. We loved being there, even though the room was small. The staff, in particular Margarita and Irini, were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious.”

“This new property on Sifnos is perfection. There really is no other word to describe it. Book the room with the private pool at the bottom of the property if you want your own pool and the most private of rooms with the best view on site. The staff are fantastic and so quick to respond to new glasses or ice being sent to the room. The daily breakfast by the pool was sensational. Order the freshly scrambled eggs. “We cannot say enough good things about NOS!! We were there for our honeymoon, looking for a relaxing time in Sifnos, and NOS was the absolute perfect place to stay for that! Our room was sleek, clean, and had a private patio with a small plunge pool which was incredible. The staff were so friendly and attentive and always seemed to be one step ahead of us in terms of knowing what we wanted or were missing. And last but not least, the food was amazing!
