“Albergo curato e pulito. Staff cordiale e assolutamente disponibile a dispensare consigli. Soggiorno piacevole ed esperienza assolutamente positiva. Camera silenziosa, ottimo e abbondante la colazione e la cena in modalità “All You Can Eat”. Ottimo il servizio dei camerieri e del maitre che provvedono a mantenere la sala sempre impeccabile. Unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che in modalità “mezza pensione” non sono incluse le bevande per cena e bisogna pagare anche l’acqua naturale come extra.……

“Great hotel with easy access to rental shops, restaurants and to the ski lifts. Convenient and secure ski and boot storage area. Good continental breakfast and bar on site. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable ”

“Hotel eccezionale Staf di accoglienza e animazione ok inoltre molto carino il fatto che per quanto abbiamo potuto notare ogni sera si tiene un cabaret molto carino , servizio navetta gratuito eccellente tutto il personale veramente simpatico e cordiale . Siamo state benissimo se ci sarà occasione torneremo . Abbiamo soggiornornato per due notti io e mia figlia e ci siamo godute tutti i confort dell hotel compresa la spa .... peccato ripartire ”

“Servizio e cortesia fanno da padroni al Palazzo Lodron Bertelli. Gli host gestiscono la struttura con amore e cura trattando i clienti con inesauribile gentilezza e premura. Accedendo direttamente dalla struttura si può godere della spa del Borgo della Salute, un’ulteriore coccola del nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo per un weekend sugli sci (impianto di Pinzolo a 5/10 min e di Madonna di Campiglio a 15/20 min)”

“Our trip was Winter for skiing, but the wellness centre facilities were excellent. The restaurant prices need reducing since evening meal options are limited and if you had children would be very expensive. Other than that, the hotel was very good. Reduce the restaurant prices, open up the dinner menu and make it outstanding.”
