“Service for issues was slow, took 4 days to connect tv and there was only one reastraunt to choose from for meals. I stayed 10 days and the menu got boring by day 5. However, brunch on sunday was fabulous and barbque nights on friday and sat was good too. Allthough it was a seperate charge and we where not made aware of the options, by staff had to figure it out so missed out on the seperate menu. I think the staff should could do a better job at keeping customers aware of events when staying.……

“The property is well run. The food is delicious. The accommodations are alright; renovations are underway to update the rooms. The staff is spectacular. Every single one of them. “A Gem; construction at Kalimba so they rebooked us at the adjacent Kamara resort. Great property: aircon nice and cold, good breakfast offering, tasty food at restaurant. Front desk staff helped in arranging a driver to visit monkey park, crocodile pools, city tour, and car to airport. Would love to go back. Only nit I have is provided toiletries were skimpy”
