The staff assured me that this time I would get the room with private bath. ONE staff allowed the transfer with the new rez but a few hours later another staff asked for additional money for this room with the manager behind the scene on the phone. I……

“A Gem; construction at Kalimba so they rebooked us at the adjacent Kamara resort. Great property: aircon nice and cold, good breakfast offering, tasty food at restaurant. Front desk staff helped in arranging a driver to visit monkey park, crocodile pools, city tour, and car to airport. Would love to go back. Only nit I have is provided toiletries were skimpy”
