“Spent three nights here with a one-year-old during Kyoto Marathon. Very spacious double room and the bed is big, which we and my little boy loves so much. He took his first walks inside the big room and enjoyed his time so much in the bathtub, floor and the bed. Many photos taken and so much sweet memory. :）”

“First checked in to smoking floor on 8th but the staff did not ask me if I minded. It was unbearable and they changed to another floor. Check in staff was not so welcoming. Tried breakfast for 1950 Yen. Food was okay but was a bit tired when I had it 30 mins before it closed. Service was so-so. Very good location within walking distance everywhere. Small onsen was good enough. Overall good for low season price of around 8500 Yen per night. Comfortable stay. ”

“Nice boutique hotel, clean and friendly staff. 4 minutes walk to karasuma line (north/south) station, and 9 minutes walk to Tozai line (west/east) station. Taxi to Kyoto station is around 12 minutes and 1500 yen. However, the neighborhood is quiet in the evening, not for shopping or dining… The hotel provides free shuttle service to Kinkakujicho-Ji temple (morning) and Arashiyama (afternoon) is a plus, if they are on your visit list. Furthermore, The school bus baker cafe is only 3 minutes……

“Extended our stay at the hotel from original 4D3N to total 6D5N. Very impressive stay as usual, excellent location with direct access to the train station from B1 of the building, and a Family Mart directly accessible too from ground floor. Room condition is good, nice, new and clean. It could get quite noisy at times at night due to youngsters revving the vehicles' engines. Also, the internet disconnects itself number of times a day, not very stable at times.”
