“The room faced Prospect St and Jame Ruse Dr which suddenly started to have some road works from late night till morning on the first night after we checked in. There was a lot of noisy hammering. Luckily the duty staff (Bevin) moved us to another room for some sleep and on the next morning, the manager found us another room facing a quieter street. The room was very clean and equipped with all essential utensils for the kitchenette. Staff at the front desk were helpful. They helped me print some……

“Staff were lovely and accommodating. Gave us some little goodies when the original room we booked had some issues and they had to change us. Absolutely about stay there again. My only suggestion would be having height adjustable shower heads for the very tall people. ”
