“This hotel was exactly as it appeared on the website which is a rarerity these days! Good sized room, super comfy bed, clean and had everything we needed. Having a balcony that looked over the gardens was lovely for enjoying a wine in the evening too. “It is probably the WORST 4-star hotel that I have ever been to. The staff on the night shift was awfully rude - they would tease at you and offer unhelpful opinions. This hotel only provides one bottle of water per stay - it means if you stay in the same room for two days - you would still only get one bottle of water of 300ml. The rooms were dated and dirty. Some of the facilities obviously need some maintenance. The gym was so tiny and the breakfast was not a buffet style.”
