“I needed to come down to Tempe for an interview on Tuesday. I live in Kingman. Steve at Ryan Villa, was beyond my wildest expectation. Detail upon detail in this perfectly size 2 bedroom, black and white with gold over toes. Fluffy white quality towels. Neighborhood was so quiet. And those king size beds. Heaven. I was so grateful to find this place. Much better than a hotel stay. Thank you, Ryan for having such.”

“The house had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It was so beautifully decorated and the beds were really comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a big plus. I wasn’t sure about the safety of the neighborhood but ended up feeling comfortable and was able to walk to the shops and local restaurants with my kids. They also really enjoyed the hot tub. We would absolutely stay again. ”

“Everything about the property was great. Just as described. Gus was an amazing host, very attentive, quick to bring over more propane when we discovered one of the fire pits was out. The neighbor was no problem — we were respectful, parked in the driveway, and inside by 10 PM quiet hours. This was the perfect location and perfect house and amazing backyard to celebrate my son‘s college graduation.”
