"the room card didnt work when i got back to hotel. i can only get back to the lobby and find the staff. moreover, the wood tables are dirty and full of dust. I dont know why the staff didnt clean the room. i found that the new towels given by the staff are wet when i got back to hotel at 2100."

Hotel with potential to be truly 5*
"Hotel is blessed with amazing infrastructure (the lift is a highlight!) and it's gorgeous; however, it is dated. Service at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk is superb - definitely 5*, but staff in restaurants, pool, bar were on the opposite. Often forgot orders, took a long time to arrive, ..."

"What a fabulous little hotel. Location was perfect, 5 mins walk to main attractions and nothing was mire than a 10/15 min walk elsewhere. Hotel was spotless, and the rooms had everything you needed. Very helpful staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and Seville"
