“Beautiful view of the bay. House is as described. Pool is clean. It’s an older home and shows its age in places but we had a great time here. Very relaxing. ”

The rental agent was super responsive for every need. There's an eatery, country store, charters and fabulous boho woman's store on the island. Tons of shopping in famous St. Michaels a short drive away. Go to Easton for groceries, amish market and pretty much every store you need. This is your peaceful retreat you have……

“We had a wonderful stay. This was our second time staying here and we loved it. Very quay, cozy and clean. Everything as advertised. Location is perfect as it is a very walkable town. This place is right in the middle. The owner was very friendly, open and communicative. And I had a big surprise when we returned. My neck pillow I had forgotten and left it 2 years ago was still there sitting in a closet. We hope to return next year. ”

“I only had a slightly wider view of the water from a kayak- the panoramic view from the deck was peaceful and beautiful from first light to sunset (though the night coasts were relaxing as well). “I booked this house to take my daughter and two young grandchildren (3 and 5) on our yearly beach trip. We usually go to a North Carolina Beach but my grandchildren have moved to PA and I've needed to find a new beach to take them to. I did my research and found that North Beach, MD was ideal for children because of the way it's cordoned off from the rest of the water. It's really made for kids. It even has a playground. Although Shawn was out of town at the beginning of our stay, her communication was top-notch. She checked in with us frequently to assure all was well. “Wonderful stay! Amazing private beach on the mouth of the Severn that is waist deep water, our whole family had a blast! We enjoyed swimming, paddle boarding, etc.. We would definitely come back! Unfortunately you're not able to take a water taxi directly from the property, you have to walk over to a nearby marina. They also only pick up one time per hour as an FYI so it's not the most convenient way to get downtown. I would definitely recommend the house, everything was clean and it was……

“I was worried that the house might be too small. NOT! It was perfect for 3 adults and 4 rambunctious kiddos. There were games in an enclosed front and side porch, a little back room air conditioned, nice living room and big dining room table. Kitchen, though small (we cook) was well stocked.
