"This hotel is located in mid valley n there is a very big shopping arcade under the hotel. Lots of shopping n big super market. Hotel housekeeping staff very good service. However one reception lady s service is not so friendly. Always no smile. All male staff in reception are cheerful."

But below points areakr us very disappointed. 1) The bathroom lighting very dark. 2) The water not hot enough 3) The pillow not comfortable 4) The F&B service very very BAD . The chef not polite and the attitudes seems looking down Asian. rejected request food, the food standard not stable, only the coffer machine is good. Even the fresh juice area are not refill in well ."
