“They called prior to my arrival to confirm my stay. Asked about the location of my room ... was not ocean front with balcony but asked if they could accommodate and said they would do what they could, considering there was a 10 day event going on. Arrived only to find out that they DID reserve an ocean front w/balcony room for me!!! Thank you 'HENRY' for going out of your way for a stranger. You're the BEST front desk manager.”
