“Initially our stay was a little rough, there had clearly been some major damage done by a prior visitor as the microwave handle and TV's were all pulled from their mounts and we had a bit of a scare with "water bugs" throughout (though this is likely just due to the beach location). The host was super responsive and even had the microwave entirely replaced the day after we alerted her to the issues. “Property is on the beach and we had a great view of the ocean! We could see a peak of the sunrise from the bedroom in the mornings. The inside of the house is very beachy and fun. Everything you need is there in the kitchen. Plenty of seating, footstools too. Loved it!”

“If you're looking for a nice, pet-friendly little place for 2 adults that's tucked away from the throngs of vacationers this Summer, then this is the place for you. The cottage was well kept and we had no major issues while staying there. The best thing about this property is the location. Although it's not oceanfront, it's very close to the ocean and walking to the beach takes no time at all. It's so close you can hear the waves even when just sitting on the porch. “Location and driveway are perfect for big families or for the trailer and motorcycles. House was clean and plenty of sleeping arrangement options. Front porch is nice to sit out under the umbrellas and enjoy the weather. Definitely recommend and plan to rebook.”

“ Had the most wonderful stay at Il Bastione Agriturismo! Il Bastione sits about a 5 min drive above Spello. There are gorgeous views, lots of relaxing places to hang out and the most delicious restaurant! We went after a long travel day and relaxed by the pool and then had one of the most amazing meals at their restaurant. All the ingredients were so fresh, locally grown and everything was so perfect. We highly recommend it! You will be so happy you stayed with Jacopo and his wonderful staff!”
