“This place is unique. It's a family run hotel with 3 different buildings all varying in looks. It's neat, quiet and clean. The office is a little hard to find. It's located up a hill behind the second parking lot and between two of there "towers" as they call them. It's in downtown Dansville located right next to the Gr”

“Second time staying at this property and will stay again. The owners are genuinely gracious people and provide a great value to their guests. ”

“Charming 1800's style building. With large windows. The floors are a bit noisy when walking on them. The light swit switches could be there viewable. None of the hall lights were on upon arrival, a suggestion would be dimmer switches and LED bulbs if cost of electric is an issue. There is no actual 'breakfast". the buffet serving cabinet has muffins breakfast bar and a Keurig machine for coffee with mini creamer.”

“Our only issue (and it’s not a deal-breaker) is the flies in the room. We’d kill one and two more showed up. Maybe equip the rooms with fly swatters. ”

“My wife and I have passed at AOAA and have stayed in multiple places nearby, but for AOAA, nearby is half an hour or more! This place is 13 minutes from AOAA, out in a beautiful wooded area with a pond, has a nice long driveway to fit my trailer, and is very well kept. The host was very responsive with my few questions. The place is all I could ask for and then some! This has become our new go-to place for our weekend getaways to ride AOAA!”
