“We had a lovely stay in this house. It was located in a beautiful location overlooking the estuary and a short drive from the local village. It was very clean and tranquil, exactly what was needed after getting away from a big city. The views of the many islands on the River Shannon were breathtaking. Anne was very friendly, easy to contact and accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend it for somewhere to stay, especially to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in a picturesque setting”

“We came for the Ennis Trad Fest 2024. The location of the apartment can’t be beat - it’s a close walk to just about every pub, restaurant, and shop in the city centre. Enzo’s Fish and Chips is a 30 second walk from the front door, which comes in handy. :). Paul was an incredibly welcoming host - he met us at the door and showed us around the place, answering all of our questions. “As a large family with siblings travelling in from around the world to celebrate my fathers 80th birthday, we spent weeks trying to find a venue that would be suitable for a large family with kids ranging from 2 to 18. This venue was absolutely perfect for a weekend gathering of all ages . Maretta was so helpful in helping us coordinate a jumping castle, catering, a birthday cake. The space was perfect for a large group and Maretta and her husband couldn't have been more helpful. The bar area……

There was a fresh loaf of soda bread waiting for us when we arrived with jams and butter. The cottage is exactly as described online and beautifully maintained. Sheep, chickens and dogs are on the property, making it seem even more cozy. The property is very secure behind a gate with code for easy access. This is the best of Ireland, so don’t miss a stay here. ”

“Hector's House is an excellent two bedroom apartment in Kilrush. It's clean, has comfy beds, a great living room, lots of hot water, a brilliant kitchen and a super television. The wifi is brilliant. We loved everything about this place. One tiny niggle - on the day we left we found some board games in a drawer in the hall! If we had known about these earlier, we would have used them! Definitely worth adding some information to the house information booklet (which is wittily written by the way),……

“We randomly picked Ennis as a centrally located town for our activities in the area. Location was great! Town was fantastic, not too far from Cliffs of Mohrer and Galway. House was perfect, every one had space. Must have been a hurling match in town on Sunday bc the whole county seemed to be coming into the area with their colors on. We only wish we had more time to stay and join the fun. Great town, great people, perfect accommodations! Very pleased ”
