“This is a beautiful hotel. However, were disappointed to learn the pool was closed due to construction. We had planned to spend the afternoon relaxing and getting some sun. We learned that evening from the customer service texting service we could have used the pool at their hotel next door. I felt the front desk service should have offered this to us at the time they told us the pool was closed. “The Shandon House is incredible and a great place to stay. We truly enjoyed the home, pool, jacuzzi, and the kitchen is amazing! It is quiet and peaceful and all the bedrooms were great. The property manager was helpful upon arrival and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back!”

“Had a great stay with family with young kids and a dog. Lofts are on the second floor with no elevator. They are above shops and restaurants with outdoor eating areas around. Out particular loft was at the front of the building so all of the light from the businesses made one of bedrooms rather bright at night. Black out shades would be great. Would stay again! ”

Wineries, down-town, Tin city or grocery store (not too isolated.)Accommodations were good- however the place could use a little re-fresh (attention) when compared to other properties at the same price point.Peaceful.
