"Staying at Glenview was a pleasure. I appreciated the attentive care that the front desk provided when checking in and out. They also answered all my questions I had and communication and care were out standing especially Grace. She provided me fantastic hospitality. The bellmen provided an excellent service when it came to delivering luggage and getting taxis. Thank you and you’re welcome were said every time I spoke to an employee. Very respectful and kind. The housekeepers provided excellent care of our room and made sure we had everything we needed in the room. As well as the cleaning they did which was fantastic. They also left us a note with kind words, which was a very nice touch to make us feel welcome."

"由到達酒店開始至離開酒店期間所接觸的每一位員工都很有禮貌和面帶笑容. 房間非常清楚，酒店設施亦不錯。 酒店地點非常好，酒店樓下直接連接來福士商場，亦非常接近洪崖洞，走路過去只需10分鐘。 另外，非常推薦去酒店的Shua Bar和Botanica餐廳，兩間餐廳的環境實在太美， Botanica的食物更非常好味，住客有75折。"
