We recommend Greenhouse, Twin Willows, NY Bagels of RI and Gansett Wraps. The host was very responsive to all my inquiries. ”

“As others have said, it's near an intersection, gas station, and busy street, but it's still a great location. You can walk to Bowen's Warf in 20 minutes, there's a bike/walking path behind the house into town, or cut through the Common Burial Ground over to Spring Street.It's extremely clean and has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. It's older, with old appliances and nice wooden floors - definitely nothing fancy, but very Newport in its own way. Nice shower.My only……

“The location of the property is excellent. Its in a very quiet residential neighborhood and is very private with a nice outdoor patio and yard. It is possible to walk to some neighboring businesses and restaurants and its very near some main roads to easily travel to Newport, Middletown, some hiking areas or the beaches. The house itself is modernized New England and charming. The stairs are quite steep and there should be a warning for those who might have a problem. We were there for 6 nights.……

“Beautiful modern home. High end everything. The dock is good for kayaks or a small boat. Not really water you want to jump right into. Overall a great place to stay. Good restaurants nearby. Nice firepit, quiet neighborhood and great views. About 24 min to Newport. ”

“This house is a great stay for a family. Close to shops and beaches. The fenced yard gives extra security for a family with children. We had the best time making S’mores around the fire pit. The outside shower was a huge hit. The outside shower fixture was incredible. We all enjoyed being able to come from the beach and clean up. Plenty of towels for the house, beach and spotless sheets! We had a wonderful time exploring all of the beaches and fishing spots. The hosts are quick to respond to……
