“Bansha Castle was better than the pictures!! It's large, yet cozy and comfortable. The expansive yard was such a treat for our grandchildren and the back courtyard was a perfect retreat...even in the rain! We could not have asked for anything better!! “Wow! What a place. The pictures on the listing looked pretty incredible, and in person was even better! My family and I loved the castle. I think the location was great, in that we were able to take day trips and see a number of places on our list (Rock of Cashel, Cahir Castle, Blarney Stone, Cliffs of Moher, Kilkenny, Kinsale, Killarney, Dublin). “ This castle presented old world elegance and charm while teeming with 21st century amenities. A perfect blend of both worlds! The house and accommodations are absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. We wanted for nothing. We were a group of 9 and had plenty of room to spare. Each person had a fabulous time. The host Eileen was on top of everything. She was very responsive and helpful. We had a few questions to which she provided spot on advice. Our entire family fully recommends……
