“The Glencarrig B&B was the perfect place to stay! Our room was comfortable and we utilized the guest lounge and game room. The entire place was clean and quaint. Mary is a wonderful host with a true gift in hospitality. She cooked a delicious Irish breakfast showcasing her own jams and was quick to answers every question we had while giving us great recommendations for food and things to do. We listened to Mary’s recommendation to drive a nearby portion of the Wild Atlantic Coast and it was a……

“This B&B wasa little tricky to find but some big signs along the way helped immensely as the roads are off the main roads. The welcome from Teresa was warm even though we arrived an hour early to get out of the rain. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast and good advice about dinner options”

“Absolutely lovely place and host”

“The innkeeper, Eileen, made every accommodation cleaning our room and preparing special meals. All meals were Irish based and very healthy. Next time in the area, we will stay there again. ”

“Hosts were very personable and approachable. Breakfast offerings were first rate. Although situated on a main thoroughfare, the bnb was quiet and very clean. Could use a few more towels in the room and mysteriously (for the hosts and the guests), water supply was shut off without warning at 8 a.m. and lasted for several hours. Fortunately, we were headed out for the day. ”

Our room was immaculate and very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. “My husband and I stayed in one of their suites for just the one night. It was very spacious and handy to have a kitchenette. The king bed was sooo comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with great variety. Wish I could have stayed longer”
