“Two of us stayed on our first nite of a nine day motorcycle trip thru Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York and Maine.This was an ideal first night stay!! So near the lake and a few great restaurantsSteve the host was very communicative, we had NO glitches! I would stay there again tommorow!!”

“Great location and property. It's a 2 minute walk to the sand. Matt was a great host and everything was clean and well kept. Our only feedback is that the beds and sheets/comforters were not the greatest. We would still stay again, but the beds and bedding need to be improved and I suggest queen size mattresses vs full-size in the 2 larger bedrooms. ”

“This place is magical! So incredibly charming. The staff is lovely, they feel like a wonderful friend, ensuring you are well taken care of and having a great time! The amenities and service is great: breakfast delivered to the cottage each morning along with an afternoon snack, bikes to bike into downtown Kennebunkport, paddle boards and kayaks to go out on the water, a fire pit to relax at night, patio chairs for each cabin to enjoy your coffee in the morning. “The house was great, it was walking distance to the beach and a perfect spot for my friends. The rooms are small but not cramped, and there were a number of sitting areas for hanging out. It was very clean, and the sweet owners left a celebratory bottle of champagne! A great spot for a beach weekend. My one note to other guests would be that the beds in the twin bunk bed room are not adult sized (possibly my own misunderstanding). They are probably about 5’6” judging by my own wingspan, so we……

This house was perfect because there were lots of gathering spaces both inside the house and outside on the deck and beautifully landscaped backyard so we could all spend time together no matter the weather and also plenty of space for us all to unwind with some alone time.
