“The check-in staff were very helpful. As we arrived early, Ikram made every effort to look after us and gave us a wonderful room overlooking the front, well before the 3pm check-in time. The outside lobby staff were also very good in getting us taxis promptly. If I go again, without any hesitation will book the same hotel.”

“The housekeeping staff mistakenly threw away my envelope enclosed with 1400 USD equivalent cash. At first I thought the staff stole it as I went out for business during the day and left the envelope on the lamp table. the Assistant manager fervently denied this allegation instead of doing more to help me, so after the altercation I decided to seek official help. I wanted 3 hours at the Police Station in Sharjah and finally they police came to my rescue. A big thank you to the Police force of……
