“Travelled up to Upstate New York to spend a weekend going to Saratoga Race Course and was so blessed to find this gem on the Mariaville Lake. The price was very fair and Tony and Patti were fantastic hosts. I can't wait to come back and do less! “We were absolutely thrilled with this cozy cabin RIGHT DOWN THE STREET from dreams park. It was the perfect size for our small family and space for our son to stau for "coaches night off" Genny is the sweetest and Don is cut from the same. Even offered to take me to his fishing hole but the tournament diddnt leave us the time. What great people and highly recommend this property.”

“We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!”

“We love the feel of a small farm town and old homes. The creaks of the wood stairs were charming and the 3 bedroom home overall was just perfect for our stay. The host was always accessible via message and communicated any expected yard maintenence visits with us ahead of time.You could tell the host considered the needs of their guests (soaps, detergents, plenty of pots & pans, etc) and made sure we would have what we needed.This is a great choice for your stay near Coopeerstown!”

“We enjoyed the cabin. Was clean and well maintained. Great view and beach. Wish we could have jumped from one of the two docks but they are both restricted for boat owners only. That was a disappointment and not mentioned in the listing. Otherwise, great location, clean, and a good view.”
