“Lovely well maintained Victorian home on a corner lot. Plenty of parking. Swimming pool and landscaping were nice. Two block walk to watch trains. Large dining and livingroom. The only issue that became a large issue is that there are only two mini splits for air conditioning. The dining/livingroom and one bedroom upstairs had air conditioning. The remaining bedrooms, while beautiful, were stifling hot. The kitchen was small but well appointed and I was able to bake a wedding cake easily but the……

“We stayed for Baseball HOF weekend. Easy 25 minute drive to Cooperstown. Perfect setting in the woods for our family of five. Kids loved of loft sleeping areas. Host was very responsive to my questions and kind. Great place and would stay there again when visiting!”

“This house was perfect for our needs uniting 4 families with kids ranging from 8 to 15 in one house! We all loved the pool, movie theater, game room, huge yard, basketball court and more. There were a few issues with the house, but the owner was very responsive and fixed them right away. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“The Federal House was clean and had everything so you didnt have to worry about bringing linens, kitchenware, coffeemaker, hairdryer etc. Driving to downtown Cooperstown was a breeze, along with shops and places to eat right outside our door. ”

“The photos don’t do this place justice! Such a peaceful & well equipped property!! They literally thought of everything and there was plenty of room for our group of 20 people. Easy drive to CDP and the owners were incredibly helpful & responsive. We hosted the entire team for dinner one night & the other kids asked their parents why they couldn’t stay there too!! “Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. ”
