“We chose this property because of the age (1740s farmhouse) and convenient location in the southern Berkshires only 15 minutes or so from Great Barrington. The house did not disappoint. It is a very charming farmhouse in excellent condition for its age and with modern amenities. As we only had four adults, there was plenty of room to spread out. The property is very private off the main road with beautiful surroundings. We only wish the weather were cooler or we would have enjoyed a wonderful……

“Our family converged on Salt Point from Minnesota, NYC, and Vermont. It was a chance for my husband and I to rendezvous with our East Coast kids for Thanksgiving in a comfortable, gracious setting. It was ideal. Rachel's home is wonderful. It was perfectly appointed for our Thanksgiving and for everyone to be comfortable and yet have room to not be on top of each other. I have stayed at many VRBO homes. This tops the list.”
