“The property looked exactly as pictured. It was on the small side, but perfect for a couple staying a few days.Being compact, there wasn't a lot of space for storing luggage. Luckily, we packed light! Clean, contemporary furnishings with everything needed to make your own meals, but also close to many area restaurants.The location was good being only a block & a half off the beach, which made it very handy to walk down to watch a rocket launch. “This was our 2nd time staying here. Weve always stayed beachside previously but decided to try a place on the river where we could kayak. The place is exactly as shown and very clean. We feel like it is a safe area also and ghe owner is very nice. We willbe back! ”

“The condo was just as advertised! Very clean, great decor and all the amenities you could want. Great view of the beach and pool. Can't beat the location, right on the beach but away from crowds. Great restaurants and orher activities either a short walk or drive away. Doug and Cathy were great hosts, very responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend this VRBO and hope to visit again!”

“I want to say "stay away" just so I'll have a reservation next time. I can't lie. This place is awesome. It's beautiful. serene and peaceful. Imagine yourself waking up each morning to playful dolphins, few manatees, various birds. The kayaks provided were perfect. The sunset tp west, visible. Two things I'd suggest to the manage: Lawn chairs for viewing in back yard and a grab bar in the showers. Otherwise, the unit is gorgeous.”

The size was perfect for the two of us for the week that we were here.The location worked out great as a home base for visiting the theme parks in Orlando, visiting the Space Center, as well as catching multiple night launches in the time we were here The pool and beach access were great and let us enjoy a mix of activities and just plain relaxing.Wendy was a joy to work with throughout the process. “It’s a nice property in a pretty good location with direct beach access. It’s a little dated and could use new carpeting in bedrooms. Suzy was very good communicating with me on check in and the area.”

“The checkin process was very smooth and the property was absolutely wonderful. Much bigger than anticipated with stunning views of the ocean. The closets are massive with extra blankets and the laundry room had detergent, stain remover and dryer sheets. The kitchen had some spices and coffee filters. There was also multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, coolers, and ice packs which made everything so much easier. We travelled with my husband and i, and our two daughtes……
