“Sharon’s property is exactly what we were looking for on our little getaway. The house was conveniently located near shops, beaches, the pier and restaurants. She also makes sure you have everything you need for a perfect day, including extra towels, blankets, beach towels, and everything you could need for a day at the beach. We even saw a launch! Would love to be back!”

“Enjoyed the pool and playing with our dog on the beach. The beach area is currently under construction and the first day we had to go up a few blocks to get to the water, but we still had a blast. We cooked dinner at the house every night and used the grill and found the kitchen well-stocked. Loved driving through the nature preserve by Cape Canaveral.”

“This property was a great fit for our family vacation with 6 adults and a baby. It was in a great location close to the beach, just down the street (5 min walk) was an access point to the beach. It’s close to the pier and lots of different restaurants. The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated making you feel like you are right on the beach.”

“Awesome spot, had everything we needed, nice front porch, and very easy to communicate with the host. ”

“Enjoyed our stay. It’s a cute little house, and worked well as a place to stay pre-cruise.Heads up for future guests, the garage was converted to a bedroom, and there is a pretty big step down into it. My mom-in-law didn’t realize it and took a pretty bad tumble. Luckily she wasn’t injured too badly, just a bad bruise on her hip and arm. ”

“The house is absolutely awesome. It had everything we needed and more. It was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Our family enjoyed the beautiful outdoor area and watching the Manatees swim in the river. We can’t wait to come back again. The rental process was seamless and Zareh the representative was extremely helpful with any questions we had. ”

“Everything was clean and as described! We enjoyed the pool and little extras that were thought of for the house!”

“Great little house on the beach. We fit four of us comfortably. My son took the basement room with spiral staircase. All beach gear was in good condition and available to use! House was well stocked and a new grill! The enclosed porch with direct access to another small ground area for was great for the pup and gecko chasing! Plenty of deck chairs for lounging and umbrellas for shade with direct beach access.The host is very responsive as well.”
