“We are happy to have found this place as there is not many VRBO’s in Kokomo for just 2 people. The location is in a safe area of Kokomo, a testament from a former Kokomo resident. The “condo” was clean and Melinda and Boyd were excellent with contact of any needs we had. A bit of updating is needed but Murphy Bed was comfortable. Nice and quiet neighborhood. I gave 5 stars due to the graciousness of Melinda, thank you again for your kindness!”

“We decided to host our daughter's sweet 16 birthday party here and it was the perfect setting and the perfect party to celebrate such an amazing young woman. She and her friends all loved it there and they had everything we had forgot to bring. I have 2 more daughters that will be turning 16 one day so this may become a tradition. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Highly recommended.”

“Say we spent all weekend exploring the fun decor and searching for mushrooms.The host was very accommodating and even left as a valentine's balloon and chocolate. So sweet! Our co host Toby was very generous with his time and attention. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.”

“Six siblings 66-80 and families gathered for the first time since 2013 to celebrate the oldest turning 80 this month. This location was central for everyone coming in from Delaware, Colorado and northern half of Indiana. We made the most of our time, eating, visiting and playing cards. Never even used the third floor! So much space. Would be a great summer reunion spot. Hope to return one day!”
