“We were making a quick family trip to Oregon and couldn't finish the drive. Looked for a pet-friendly hotel just before midnight and found Comfort Suites. Russell, the only on-staff person, who was pretty new, was very friendly and helpful in our check-in process. The hotel was clean, safe, and provided a free breakfast in the morning. Staff were friendly and professional.”

“This is the most rubbish hotel I have ever stayed in. When I entered the room, there were fingernails on the bedside table and a big spider web on the ceiling. Breakfast doesn't seem to belong to the hotel, it seems to be outsourced to private people, and it tastes terrible. It's just rubbish. What impressed me the most was a staff member at the front desk, whose name was Ricky. He was very nice, friendly and patient. Your hotel has such staff, which is your greatest treasure.”
