“Brads and Lara both served a fabulous breakfast. So friendly and welcoming! The bed was very comfortable. Only complaint was that the cabinet, closet door needs to be greased with WD 40 please on the hinges! A terrible & loud screeching noise!”

“This house was perfect for us - and exactly as described in the VRBO description. It was really well-appointed, particularly the kitchen. But the little details were great - the products in the bathroom, etc. It just made for a very easy, enjoyable stay. Sabrina is also really responsive. There was a WiFi issue the night we arrived, outside of their control. She kept us posted as she heard from the provider and even gave us a small reimbursement for our inconvenience. I really found that above……

“It was wonderful there! The moment we arrived we were enthusiastically greeted, offered brownies, help with luggage, shown room, and more. The room was really clean, the bed very comfortable, and furnishings up to date. Breakfast included food choices, inside or out on the patio, and quick service. “This was a return stay at Eden Rock. The room is modern, well-appointed, clean, with very comfortable beds. Access to an outside area is pleasant. Quiet location, convenient to Great Barrington and Berkshire attractions. While there is no front desk or reception area, instructions for accessing the room are easy to follow.”
