"The customer service at hotel Casa is fantastic and it seems to have got even better than the last time we stayed. This trip was our fifth visit and it will not be our last. We love the location as well as it makes visiting Derbyshire so easy."

"The staff at the front desk is excellent. Very friendly during the check-in. She always smiles and tells me the location of the room. Feel happy to receive a Christmas card from the staff. The cups and the electric kettle are clean. I feel safe when using them. Wifi connection is good and stable. ..."
