“Lovely little cottage RIGHT on the water. The only complaint I have is the bedding could be updated ( stains on comforter). Otherwise a special little place. ”

Very, very nice people. :) Great location if you want something quiet with beautiful view over the mountain. it’s very close to Island Pond and also to Silvio Conte wildlife refuge. “Seth had a beautiful property on Peacham Pond. The description was exactly what the property was. We all enjoyed the stay. My youngest was 14 all they way up to my Mother in her 70s. Enjoyed the pine board finish, kitchen was more than useful, beds were good including the futon. We also enjoyed the lake(thats what it would be called in our area) caught some small bass and swimming was super cold and refreshing. I hope to stay again, maybe in the winter.Thank You”

“Absolutely perfect relaxing lakefront house in every way! The bed was very comfortable, the relaxation areas were great, the fan really helped cool things off and the windows brought in just enough cool mountain air and the sound of the loons! The kitchen was also ideal. The location was spectacular, the views and the sunsets were not to be missed and an easy 10 minute drive into town with a good selection of restaurants and markets. “We had a lovely time at Mini Kirby Hideaway; it was exactly what my husband, myself, and our dogs needed: time in a quiet, relaxing space. We rode from the house to Kingdom Trails; therefore, even the location was in a prime spot. We definitely will be staying here again.”
