“This place is right on the beach which was really great! Parking can be a little challenging on site, but there is additional parking across the street. Heavy traffic on the main road in front. Pros: Location Laundry on site Cold AC Large comfy couch to hang out on. Huge refrigerator Cons: Need coin exchange at site for laundry 1 elevator No option for recycling Some flooring is coming up, large holes in wall in the bathroom from previous wall hangings, broken hook and paint peeling. “Everything was fine. The value for getting a studio was worth it. It’s not perfect, but we enjoyed it.”

“Feel like the photos were misleading. Paint chipped walls, flooring coming apart, only view was of the highway, after staying we walked out with a bunch of bumps/ Bug bites. Overall not a good experience and do not recommend.”
