“I liked it a lot because everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was complete, and the view was beautiful. I only had a problem upon arrival with the parking. My reservation included only one car and I had two. I handed it to her when I checked in,i don't remenber her name,She was a little rude and didn't help me,but maybe she was tired. “Our reservations a suite got lost and Expedia called Shores of Panama and they gave us a large condo on the beach immediately and welcomed us in. Clean, nice personal. One complaint is the parking deck, it was not designed for southern big travel vehicles. Like full size trucks and SUV, but for foreign cars like the mini cooper, smart cars. Lol”

“Absolutely relaxing and easy walk to beach and pool- accommodations just beautiful!”

“The studio condo we stayed in was basically a king room with a kitchen sink. The facility was safe and secure- but we weren't given an entry code to one of the doors. Luckily, customer service hotline was able to help, but it was exasperating. I was devastated on arrival to realize that there WAS NO PRIVATE BALCONY for this room as advertised, and sitting on the balcony and feeling sea breezes was what I was looking forward to the most. “First, I would like to say that Matthew, one of the staff members was so nice, helpful and engaging. There was also another young man in the Tower1 and 2 gift shop (Mikel?) that was super pleasnt as well. Calypso Tower 3 is located right across the street from the Gulf with great Gulf and strip views. It is located next to Pier Park which has tons of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. “The condo was nice and clean with a beautiful view and direct access to the beach. The splash pad and pool were a hit for the for our kids. We didnt have to leave the facility at all for any entertainment. The only issue I had was within the booking process. “Everything was great with the exception of checkout. I requested an extra hour because I have chrons and mornings are difficult with me being in the bathroom a lot. Normally this is not an issue. This company wanted to charge me twenty-five an hour. I found this to be a little ridiculous. Other than that stay was great, communication was great!”
