“Love this hotel. However, they changed their signature scent. If you hadn’t been there before you’d think it was still lovely. For those of us who loved the previous signature (also, how does corporate you just change the signature scent?!?!) scent, it was so disappointing. Staff, as always, absolutely fantastic! “Awesome stay. Parking was kind of different. The garage is located across the street adjacent to the property, but it wasn’t too bad. The room was absolutely awesome! Unfortunately we did not awake early enough to enjoy breakfast. Would stay here again!”

“I would give this hotel an 8/10. First we arrived and the concierge was very terse. Granted, she was handling a very unruly wedding party just before us, so maybe she was urate related to that. There was a different night desk person who was extremely nice. The room was clean, bed comfortable. There were scuff marks throughout the room, but maybe the hotel is simply showing its age. “Overall, I was pleased with the trip. Four nights were decent. Walls are a little thin, next-door child crying late night was a bit much. I get it's difficult with a baby that cries, but thin walls meant I lost sleep one night. Breakfast is coming back after Covid, but the Breakfast was very limited here, maybe 2 1/2 stars for food. Treadmills had issues, workout area needs attention and maintenance. Pool was closed so bummer. Bed and room were otherwise decent. Shower was great walk in. Staff……

“What a relaxing stay. Valet parked the car and enjoyed the fact everything is right there. On-site restaurant and bar were both; pleasant, upscale, and reasonable. Staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Staffing is hard these days; so service in restaurant at breakfast was pretty laid back; so was room cleanup. Regardless; I’m still giving 5 stars, because it’s a fine remodel and reimagining of the old Downtown Radisson Redick Hotel. Most don’t retain the full service restaurant……
