We were not disappointed.The cabin was delightful, well-appointed and catered for all our needs. The outhouse was well-maintained and the location beside the Potomac was idyllic.Shepherdstown was wonderful - some great places to eat, a strong feeling of history and the people were so friendly.Would we come again? Yes, we certainly would!”

American history at every turn. My boys catfished during the night. We loved it and the summer heat could only make it better..”

“My best friend and I had an absolutely relaxing time here, I wish we had stayed longer! The property is very unique and exactly like the pictures. We spent so much of our time just sitting out back watching the water and enjoying the hot tub and porch swing (also, two of the trees out back are perfect for a hammock!). Owners were great communicators and access was super easy. Also the neighbors we ran into were so friendly! Highly recommend!”

“Place is close to Harpers Ferry and other attractions, was clean and well supplied. Unfortunately, the hot tub and arcade were not working and was not told until day of showing up, which was very disappointing, losing the appeal for renting but too late to rebook”

“The cabin was nice, in a quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful view. The only downside was that the towns nearby were sleepers, with nothing to do and terrible restaurants, our biggest entertainment was going to the Farm Store to see baby chickens. The Inn in Berkeley was higher priced,and the food was awful. We ended up at the Food Lion, getting groceries and cooking our own meals. ”
